wow....the best mustache on the east coast is gone....i'm a little sad inside
apparently its all he needed to get out of this slump tho......got an RBI already...word life....

i don't like when the yanks lose
if joba is hurt i'm gonna call my brother who will call his best friend who will call a good friend of his who is dating joba chamberlain who will then call joba and we'll make sure he's ok and see if he needs anything

anyway
last nights loss was incredibly frustrating....i actually opted for family guy and the office on TBS after the 234234th straight double play by texas.....jesus christ
a rod's been trash under pressure this year.....how this guy is leading the AL in batting avg when he can't handle boo's from his former fans i do not understand

Dude..they could be without Joe Saunders, Lackey, or esco and without vlad, tex, hunter and kendrix and we would still have issues with yall. Its a mental thing.
I cant believe KRod is gonna break Thigpens record like this. Great pitcher...but to not pitch in the 8th at all? To never come in during an innings. To have 2 or 3 run lead everytime he comes in. Its crazy (I am creating a new thread about this..lets go!)

saves is the most over rated stat in sports....
a margionally average reliever should be able to get 3 outs before he gives up 3 runs in one inning.....
the theory that the 9th inning with a 3 run lead or less is higher leverage than say, a 7th inning tie with the heart of the lineup comming up, is absurd.....
i dont' think managers will ever realize this tho
